Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of bareithergroup.com, operated by Bareither Group Consulting (“Bareither Group Consulting,” “we,” “us”), 706 Barberry Ave, Portage, MI 49002, and to the text messages we send. By using the website, and by joining our SMS Messaging Program, you agree to them. The SMS Messaging Program and our services are for people 18 years of age or older.

You join by ticking the optional text message box when you give us your mobile number on our assessment form, our contact form, or when booking a consultation. The box is not ticked for you, and you do not need to tick it to use the site or book. If you tick it, we will send you:

• appointment confirmations and reminders;
• follow-ups; and
• occasional offers.

Messages are sent from (269) 448-5326.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (269) 448-5326. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at chad@bareithergroup.com.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
